U.S. Air Force Hires Proxy Personnel to Perform Clinical Coding Audits

U.S. Air Force hires Proxy Personnel to provide medical office staff.

Proxy Personnel was awarded a contract to provide ambulatory coding audit services at Charleston AFB, SC. Medical Proxy, a division of Proxy Personnel, will oversee the recruiting, staffing, and management of this contract.

Our staff will perform all Air Force and Military Treatment Facility (MTF) directed audits of coded medical records using the schedule, methodology and forms specified by the Air Force. We will also assess encounter documentation using Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) documentation standards. Additionally, we will update existing data collection tools, at a minimum, twice a year concomitantly with published updates to ICD, HCPCS/CPT code tables.
