U.S. Army hires Proxy Personnel to provide physician staff.
Proxy Personnel was awarded a contract to provide a staff of pediatricians to Tripler Army Medical Center in Hawaii. Medical Proxy, a division of Proxy Personnel, will oversee the recruiting, staffing, and management of this contract.
Proxy Personnel will provide General Pediatric Services to all eligible beneficiaries of the military health system. Services that our physicians will provide within the Department of Pediatrics include; Hematology Oncology, Pulmonology, General, Cardiology, Endocrinology, Immunizations, Gastroenterology, Infectious Disease, Neurology, NICU/PICU. Our staff will organize the medical environment, and perform and direct support activities for outpatient care situations, including contingency operations and disasters. The quality of care provided by the physician will be of a quality meeting or exceeding currently recognized national standards as established by the Joint Commission (JC), American Hospital Association (AHA), American Medical Association (AMA), Department of Defense, and the Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs), and established principles and ethics of the medical profession including compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA).
