U.S. Air Force Hires Proxy Personnel to Provide Medical Administrative Services
U.S. Air Force awards Proxy Personnel a $1 million contract.
Proxy Personnel was awarded a contract to provide a staff of medical administrative technicians to fulfill medical administrative outpatient health care services for government beneficiaries at Robins AFB, GA. Medical Proxy, a division of Proxy Personnel, will oversee the recruiting, staffing, and management of this contract.
Our medical administrative technician staff will provide care at the 78th Medical Group which will cover the range of medical administrative services provided in a civilian medical treatment facility including, but not limited to medical records, reception, handling phone calls, customer service, booking appointments and referrals results handling. The quality of work provided by our staff will be of a quality meeting or exceeding currently recognized national standards as established by the Joint Commission (JC), American Hospital Association (AHA), American Medical Association (AMA), Department of Defense, Air Force Medical Department, and established principles and ethics of the medical profession.
