U.S. Air Force hires Proxy Personnel to provide medical call center staff.
Proxy Personnel was awarded a contract to provide appointing services required for Government beneficiaries at McGuire AFB, NJ. Medical Proxy, a division of Proxy Personnel, will oversee the recruiting, staffing, and management of this contract.
Our patient scheduling staff will provide services at the 305th Medical Group, a USAF outpatient clinic at McGuire AFB, NJ. The appointing clerks will make clinical appointments and coordinate appointments with other direct care facilities (MTFs). These services include: verifying registration information in the appointment system, correcting and occasionally registering beneficiaries prior to making the appointment, making, canceling, rescheduling of patient appointments, providing call back services for specialty consult appointments and providing performance and management reports on the appointing process for MHS eligible beneficiaries.
