U.S. Air Force Hires Proxy Personnel to Provide Patient Appointing Services

U.S. Air Force hires Proxy Personnel to provide medical office staff.

Proxy Personnel was awarded a contract to perform patient appointing services for the continuing management and maintenance of a Centralized Appointment Call Center (CACC) at Charleston AFB, SC. Proxy Personnel will staff appointment desk clerks to fulfill this service. Medical Proxy, a division of Proxy Personnel, will oversee the recruiting, staffing, and management of this contract.

Our appointment desk clerks will perform direct care appointment services, which includes creating and releasing provider schedules, scheduling/rescheduling appointments for patients, and calling to remind patients of upcoming appointments. Our staff will utilize the Composite Health Care System (CHCS), Managed Care Program (MCP) and Patient Appointment Scheduling (PAS) modules for this tasking. The services will cover the following clinics: Family Medicine, Pediatrics, GYN, and Optometry.
