U.S. Army hires Proxy Personnel to provide nursing staff.
Proxy Personnel was awarded a contract to provide a Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) staff to Fort Meade’s Kimbrough Ambulatory Care Center. Medical Proxy, a division of Proxy Personnel, will oversee the recruiting, staffing, and management of this contract.
The primary purpose of this contract is to provide LPN services, both clinical and administrative, in accordance with industrial best practices applicable to Department of Army, DoD guidance, and in accordance with their medical licensure. They will organize the medical environment, and perform and direct support activities for outpatient care situations, including contingency operations and disasters. The quality of care provided by the LPN will be of a quality meeting or exceeding currently recognized national standards as established by the Joint Commission (JC), American Hospital Association (AHA), American Medical Association (AMA), Department of Defense, and the Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs), and established principles and ethics of the medical profession including compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA).
