Proxy Personnel was awarded a contract by the Department of Labor to continue  providing workplace accommodation services (WAS) to the Office of Disability Employee Policy (ODEP). Our staff will physically assist those ODEP employees with disabilities who are in need of WAS to perform those office and other work-related functions that are typically expected of non-disabled staff. WAS consist of one or more persons assisting another person with activities of daily living. Recognizing that WAS are vital to the daily living of many people with disabilities, ODEP has worked to expand and raise awareness of employment-related WAS options at the national level.  As an employer, ODEP has procured the services of Proxy Personnel to provide its employees with reliable and daily on-site support.

Proxy Personnel was awarded a $700K contract to provide the Office of Naval Research with program management support. Legal Proxy, a division of Proxy Personnel, will oversee the management of this contract.

The Office of Naval Research (ONR) Office of Counsel is procuring program management support services from Proxy Personnel in the enterprise-wide responsibility related to acquiring rights in technology, including identifying and perfecting rights in technology, assistance in administering Department of the Navy (DON) licensing program, assisting in royalty distribution memoranda and processing royalty revenue, and managing contractual and contested matters, including litigation related to Intellectual Property (IP) rights in technology.

Support service to IP Counsel is required to assist in securing IP rights in technology and matters related to DON’s enterprise-wide responsibilities and those specifically involving ONR. These responsibilities include prospectively conducting investigations to identify and perfect the IP rights of the DON in new or existing contracts; analyzing previous IP rights investigations both prior to litigation and during litigation in order to defend the DON against allegations of infringement of the IP rights of others ; and in the related aspects of general support during JP litigation. The general support during litigation related to IP rights may include assisting and interacting with the Department of Justice as required.

The Department of Labor awarded Proxy Personnel a contract to provide the Mine Safety and Health Administration with temporary staffing solutions in Mount Hope, WV. Since the staff that is necessary for this contract is administrative in nature, Office Proxy, a division of Proxy Personnel, will oversee the recruiting, staffing, and management of this contract.

The objective of this contract is to obtain Proxy Personnel’s services in support of administrative and clerical functions relative to the MSHA Mission . Specifically, to provide support to the Conference Litigation Representative (CLR) in conducting Safety and Health Conferences to provide mine operators and miners’ representatives an opportunity to hear MSHA’s interpretation of regulations and to discuss and resolve all issues relating to violations prior to assessment and litigation.

Proxy Personnel was awarded a contract to provide the Office of the United States Trustee with legal staffing at their San Diego, CA location. Legal Proxy, a division of Proxy Personnel, will oversee the recruiting, staffing, and management of this contract.

The Department of Labor awarded Proxy Personnel a contract to provide the Mine Safety and Health Administration with administrative assistants in Beaver, WV. Office Proxy, a division of Proxy Personnel, will oversee the recruiting, staffing, and management of this contract.

The Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) is an agency of the United States Department of Labor which administers the provisions of the Federal Mine Safety and Health Act of 1977 (Mine Act) to enforce compliance with mandatory safety and health standards as a means to eliminate fatal accidents, to reduce the frequency and severity of nonfatal accidents, to minimize health hazards, and to promote improved safety and health conditions in the nation’s mines. MSHA carries out the mandates of the Mine Act at all mining and mineral processing operations in the United States, regardless of size, number of employees, commodity mined, or method of extraction. Currently, Joe Main is the Assistant Secretary of Labor for Mine Safety and Health, and the head of MSHA.

Proxy Personnel was awarded a contract to provide Pope Health Clinic at Pope Army Air Field with public health technician services. Medical Proxy, a division of Proxy Personnel, will oversee the recruiting, staffing, and management of this contract.

Our staff will assist in routine patient care and treatment of active duty Air Force personnel, to include flying and special operational duty personnel, when required. They will organize the medical environment, and perform and direct support activities for outpatient care situations, including contingency operations and disasters.  The quality of care provided by the Health Technician will be of a quality meeting or exceeding currently recognized national standards as established by the Joint Commission  (JC), American Hospital Association (AHA), American Medical Association (AMA), Department of Defense, and the Air Force Medical Department, and established principles and ethics of the medical profession.

Proxy Personnel was awarded a contract to provide the Department of Transportation with an assortment of data entry and administrative information processing support services relating to the Office of Civil Rights Programs in support of its program monitoring and program compliance requirements.. Office Proxy, a division of Proxy Personnel, will oversee the recruiting, staffing, and management of this contract.

The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) of the U.S. Department of
Transportation (DOT provides financial assistance to local transit agencies, regional transportation authorities, state departments of transportation, and metropolitan planning organizations that are responsible for coordinating.
The Office of Civil Rights program office mission includes ensuring non-discriminatory, equitable, accessible and safe public transportation for people with disabilities. FTA’s Office of Civil Rights (TCR) oversees grant compliance with provisions through compliance reviews, which are conducted at TCR’s discretion. It is TCR’s responsibility to ensure compliance with DOT Regulations and policies.

The Department of Labor awarded Proxy Personnel a contract to provide the Mine Safety and Health Administration with administrative assistants in Mount Hope, WV for the Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission (FMSHRC) backlog. Office Proxy, a division of Proxy Personnel, will oversee the recruiting, staffing, and management of this contract.

FMSHRC is an independent agency that uses administrative law judges and a panel of commissioners to review contested citations and penalties. FMSHRC is a five-member body that has four commissioners at present. As the result of stepped-up enforcement and tougher penalties after a spate of mine tragedies in 2005 and 2006, mine owners tripled the number of violations they appeal and are now litigating 67 percent of all penalties, the House committee’s announcement of the hearing states. The backlog of cases FMSHRC must review has jumped from 2,100 in 2006 to approximately 16,000 today.
