The General Services Administration (GSA) awarded Proxy Personnel a contract to provide administrative services at various locations across Indianapolis, IN. Since the staff that is necessary for this contract is administrative in nature, Office Proxy, a division of Proxy Personnel, will oversee the recruiting, staffing, and management of this contract.

The objective of this contract is to obtain staffing services in support of administrative and clerical functions required at the GSA. Specifically, this contract was created to procure administrative staffing support for GSA’s 3 offices located across Indianapolis, IN. Proxy Personnel was awarded a contract to provide psychiatric Registered Nurse (RN) staff to the US Army Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) at Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, NC and outlying MTFs. Medical Proxy, a division of Proxy Personnel, will overee the recruiting, staffing, and management of this contract.

Our staff will provide services to eligible beneficiaries of the military health care system who present themselves to the Medical Treatment Facility [MTF] for treatment. The quality of care provided by our staff will be of a quality meeting or exceeding currently recognized national standards as established by the Joint Commission  (JC), American Hospital Association (AHA), American Medical Association (AMA), Department of Defense, and Army Medical Department, and established principles and ethics of the medical profession.  Our staff will provide services in conjunction with other non-contract providers to include medical officers, nurse practitioners, and para-professional clinical personnel.

Continuing to build on its commitment to the government sector, Proxy Personnel has been awarded a five year Government Services Administration (GSA) Schedule contract #GS-35F-0237Y, effective immediately. This contract provides a purchase mechanism for government agencies to directly procure the company’s Information Technology solutions easily and affordably.

Proxy Personnel was awarded a $700K contract to provide the Office of Naval Research with program management support. Legal Proxy, a division of Proxy Personnel, will oversee the management of this contract.

The Office of Naval Research (ONR) Office of Counsel is procuring program management support services from Proxy Personnel in the enterprise-wide responsibility related to acquiring rights in technology, including identifying and perfecting rights in technology, assistance in administering Department of the Navy (DON) licensing program, assisting in royalty distribution memoranda and processing royalty revenue, and managing contractual and contested matters, including litigation related to Intellectual Property (IP) rights in technology.

Support service to IP Counsel is required to assist in securing IP rights in technology and matters related to DON’s enterprise-wide responsibilities and those specifically involving ONR. These responsibilities include prospectively conducting investigations to identify and perfect the IP rights of the DON in new or existing contracts; analyzing previous IP rights investigations both prior to litigation and during litigation in order to defend the DON against allegations of infringement of the IP rights of others ; and in the related aspects of general support during JP litigation. The general support during litigation related to IP rights may include assisting and interacting with the Department of Justice as required.

The Department of Labor awarded Proxy Personnel a contract to provide the Mine Safety and Health Administration with temporary staffing solutions in Mount Hope, WV. Since the staff that is necessary for this contract is administrative in nature, Office Proxy, a division of Proxy Personnel, will oversee the recruiting, staffing, and management of this contract.

The objective of this contract is to obtain Proxy Personnel’s services in support of administrative and clerical functions relative to the MSHA Mission . Specifically, to provide support to the Conference Litigation Representative (CLR) in conducting Safety and Health Conferences to provide mine operators and miners’ representatives an opportunity to hear MSHA’s interpretation of regulations and to discuss and resolve all issues relating to violations prior to assessment and litigation.

Proxy Personnel was awarded a contract to provide the Office of the United States Trustee with legal staffing at their San Diego, CA location. Legal Proxy, a division of Proxy Personnel, will oversee the recruiting, staffing, and management of this contract.

The Department of Labor awarded Proxy Personnel a contract to provide the Mine Safety and Health Administration with administrative assistants in Beaver, WV. Office Proxy, a division of Proxy Personnel, will oversee the recruiting, staffing, and management of this contract.

The Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) is an agency of the United States Department of Labor which administers the provisions of the Federal Mine Safety and Health Act of 1977 (Mine Act) to enforce compliance with mandatory safety and health standards as a means to eliminate fatal accidents, to reduce the frequency and severity of nonfatal accidents, to minimize health hazards, and to promote improved safety and health conditions in the nation’s mines. MSHA carries out the mandates of the Mine Act at all mining and mineral processing operations in the United States, regardless of size, number of employees, commodity mined, or method of extraction. Currently, Joe Main is the Assistant Secretary of Labor for Mine Safety and Health, and the head of MSHA.
